Does The Shalem Institute Back This?

Here is Michael Oren's conclusion after analysing the situation in a Washington Post op-ed:-

Only by establishing a new and more stable status quo along Israel's borders can Prime Minister Ehud Olmert proceed with his plan of redrawing those borders permanently, either unilaterally or in cooperation with a nonviolent Palestinian partner.

Since he is edscribed as "The writer, a military historian, is a senior fellow at the Shalem Center, an academic research institute in Jerusalem.", but there is no "for identification purposes only" tagline, is the Shalem Institute pro-realignment a la Olmert?
