This refers to the initiative by Arkady Gaidamak, at a time when the governemtn displayed a shameful and disgraceful inability to deal with the problems of our Galilee refugees by providing them a haven down at Nitzan beach with all amentities as well as the rumors coming out that the equipment for reservists was sub-standard, inadequate, water and food missing, etc.
