This is Going to Be Big News

The High Court of Justice on Thursday instructed the state to formulate a plan within 15 days that would allow for right-wing activists to hold a procession through the Israeli Arab town of Umm el-Fahm.

The rightists, among them former Kach movement activist Itamar Ben Gvir, claimed that the police's refusal to permit the march is a gross violation of their right to freedom of expression.

In their defense to the court, the police argued that allowing the march could spark unrest that would endanger the public. The justices rejected this argument, and also dismissed a police proposal to move the march to an alternative site on the town's periphery.

What Rabbi Kahane couldn't do nor Baruch Marzel, Itamar Ben-Gvir is succeeding?
