Lieberman & Levy; Marzel & Mazuz

Despite the claims of Gideon Levy in Haaretz:

Lieberman is a welcome guest in every living room and television studio...They have come out of the closet, these racists, breaking out of the heart of the establishment to the despicable right, and the attitude toward them has not changed a bit.

Lieberman and his soldiers are borne on the tides of hatred for Arabs, hatred of democracy and the rule of law, and the stink of nationalism, racism and bloodthirstiness...Lieberman is the voice of the mob, and the mob craves hatred, vengeance and bloodshed...This cancerous growth has spread to all parts of society...

it still seems Lieberman doesn't exert full control of the forces of state as evidence by this

Mossawa Center director released to house arrest

The Haifa Magistrate's Court ordered that Mossawa Center Director Jafar Farah, who was arrested for suspicion of assaulting police officers during a demonstration outside a conference that hosted Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman, be released to house arrest.

after this

Arab rights group head suspected of assaulting police

Jafar Farah, director of the Mossawa Center - the Advocacy Center for Arab Citizens in Israel – was arrested for suspicion of assaulting police officers during a rally held outside a conference in Haifa that hosted Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Liberman. The demonstrators denied Farah had attacked the officers and said he was only protesting the fact that police allowed right-wing activists to enter the hall.

I guess certain Arabs have certain rights different than Jews, as in this example of discrimination:

Attorney general asks Elections Committee to disqualify extreme right-wing activist from local ballot's voting board due to concerns that move may spark riot; committee head rejects petition, says State responsible for maintaining public safety

Imagine in the United States an Afro-American being banned from a polling station in the South, or anywhere else for that matter because the residents don't like him and his politics. You can demonstrate peacefully - but to announce there'll be a violent riot and the police cave in? That's democracy? And Israel's highest law offical backs that?
