How Generous of Them

Supreme Court rejects appeal against illegal building on Temple Mount

The Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Aryeh Koenig and the Committee for the Prevention of Destruction of Antiquities on the Temple Mount against the illegal building occurring, according to them, alongside the eastern wall of the Temple Mount.

The judges did, however, instruct the state to share in the legal expenses in light of "the contribution of the appellants to the awareness of the existing problem in this compound."

The Hebrew-language decision is here.
