That's Hagit Ofran, Peace Now's "Settlement Watch" director with two US State Dept. officials. Hagit is Yeshayahu Leibowitz's granddaughter (which adds to her media allure although she is never described as cousin to federally convicted Shammai Leibowitz, who actually leaked classified papers which is a form of spying) and has been called, approvingly it would appear, as a "spy" herself, see here and also here, for example.

Hagit Ofran is a moser. This what Israel's leftists have become: snitches on their fellow Jews, whose peaceful activities excite them to the point of rage as a very macabre form of political pornography. Of course with real pornography, you aren't violating other people's consensual rights. But with the political version inherent in watching Yesha communities to the point of obsession, the likes of Ofran ARE violating Jewish people's basic rights to live, work and pray where they wish.
