Jerusalem's Jewish Population Beyond the Green Line

This table, its second page, of the Jerusalem Institute for Israel Studies, provides population figures for Jerusalem.  But up to 2008.

I checked the new Jewish neighborhoods and found out that for

Ramot - 41,799
Neveh Yaakov - 19,418
Pisgat Zeev - 38,783
Giloh - 25,168

My arithmetic sums these numbers as 125,168.

The total in the above table is 185,830 so 60,762 Jews live elsewhere, like the Old City, French's Hill, Givat HaMivtar, and Har Homa, among others, I presume.

And since two years have passed, 200,000 is a reasonable estimate, no?
