Shot From Behind

Arutz 7 has interviewed a person who was in the car with Ben-Yosef (Benyo) Livnat who was murdered by PA security personnel during Pesach in Shschem.

It is at present still not translated into English but two points hould be noted:

a) the worshippers were fired on even before they reached the Tomb of Joseph and while they were inside;

b) Benyo was shot from behind as the bullet entered his neck and exited his mouth.

In other words, it was clear that these Jews were not engaged in any criminal or 'terror' activity directed against Arabs and that since they were leaving Shchem, there was no reason to shoot at them at that moment.

He was shot because he was a Jew.

There was certainly no other reason for killing an unarmed man in cold blood.

Benyo had every right to pray there peacefully and to blame it on the victim is cowardly and morally repulsive.

After nearly two decades of the "peace process", we have been given an instructive insight into how the PA regards its word to Israel.

Not much.

Now if only Israel's leaders took that lesson to heart, Benyo's death will not have been in vain!

Benyo died in vain. Like all the dead settlers and occupation soldiers. The golden calf of YESHA needs regular sacrifices.
