The Women's Annual Dance Festival at Tel Shiloh

It's called "Dancing in the Vineyards"based on the verses in Judges 21:

and, behold, if the daughters of Shiloh come out to dance in the dances, then come ye out of the vineyards,



On Sunday, July 21 - Tu B'Av:

"There were no holidays so joyous for the Jewish People as the Fifteenth of Av and Yom HaKippurim, for on those days, daughters of Yerushalayim would go out dressed in borrowed white clothing (so that they would all look the same).

Registration at 16:30.

From 5:30 to 8:30 PM dance workshops including folk, hip-hop, improvisation, Midrash, fun, modern, African (with drumming), Oriental and more.

8:30 PM main dance presentation with four dance groups.

9:15 PM show with Din-Din Aviv, Yuval Dayan and Ruchama Ben-Yosef.


In previous years, 2010 and in 2011 and also in 2012, thousands participated.
